Wavpay Fintech Holding Sdn Bhd was established in 2021 with the purpose to operate as the holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the company will continue to expand the Wavpay Ecosystem and its services.

Wavpay Systems Sdn Bhd was established in 2017 with the goal of embedding the power of Fintech into the lifestyles of the people, stating with Malaysians. In fulfilling its mission to achieve this goal, Wavpay introduced Wavpay E-wallet to enable users to be a part of a cashless experience. Besides having a mobile payment platform, Wavpay also offers disbursement services for 3rd parties to make payment and disbursement directly to the recipients Wavpay E-Wallet account.

The Wavpay Digital Services Sdn Bhd company was founded in 2020 to add to the services offered by the Wavpay Group of Companies and to foster greater collaboration within the Wavpay Ecosystem. We, Wavpay Digital Services Sdn Bhd, help our partners and other businesses go digital by giving them digital solutions. We also make sure that customers have a safe and easy time using their services online.

Wavpay Credit Sdn Bhd is a licensed moneylender registered under the Housing and Local Government Ministry (KPKT). Wavpay Credit Sdn Bhd was established in 2021 with the aim to digitalize the lending process and to expand the Wavpay Ecosystem through its ability to provide financing.
