Terms and Conditions: 5% Instant Cashback Campaign

The 5% Instant Cashback Campaign (“the Campaign”) is designed to promote and incentivize the usage of the Wavpay E-Wallet by users, subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility: The Campaign is open to all users of the Wavpay E-Wallet who meet the eligibility criteria set forth by Wavpay.

Campaign Period: Participants in the Campaign may qualify to receive an instant cashback of 5%, capped at RM20,000 in total transactions, with a daily transaction limit of RM2,000 when using the Wavpay E-Wallet for eligible transactions throughout the Campaign duration.

Suspension of Transactions: Wavpay reserves the right to reject or suspend any user transaction deemed suspicious or found to be illegal. Such decisions shall be at the sole discretion of Wavpay and are not subject to appeal.

Abuse of Campaign: Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the Campaign, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts for the purpose of maximizing cashback benefits, shall result in immediate disqualification from the Campaign and may lead to the suspension or termination of the user’s Wavpay E-Wallet account.

Modification and Termination: Wavpay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice. Any such changes shall be communicated to users through appropriate channels.

General Terms: Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Wavpay’s decisions regarding the Campaign shall be final and binding on all participants.
